Greenville, SC - Indexx, Inc. is pleased to announce that their e-Commerce division customer service representative, Jamie Younginer, is now a certified Mailpiece Design Professional through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Younginer completed the National Center for Employee Development (NCED)’s Business Mail Academy online course this July 2010. The test involves all aspects of direct mail design and addressing.

“Being a Mailpiece Design Professional allows me to offer expert advice to my clients about direct mail and the most efficient postage. Customers rely on design professionals’ consultation in order to avoid hassles and expenses in the mail,” says Younginer.

“We are thrilled that Jamie has achieved this certification. She is the first employee in Indexx’s e-Commerce division to become certified as a Mailpiece Design Professional and we hope to soon have our entire Customer Service team certified.” says Sam Vignjevic, e-Commerce Division Director.
