Welcome Aboard!

Mike Robinson Pat Schanen joins INDEXX's printing division as a sales representative in the Atlanta market. Boasting more than 20 years of industry experience, Pat was formerly Principal/VP of Sales for DCS, Inc., an on-demand printing facility specializing in software and financial printing. Previously, he managed regional and national sales accounts for IKON, Moore Business Forms, and UARCO, implementing enterprise-wide marketing and communications programs for small and regional businesses and for national companies. Schanen received an MBA in Management from William Carey University and a BS degree in Management from Lander University.

Michael Fox Jenny Ryals joins INDEXX's printing division as a customer service representative. Among her primary responsibilities are coordinating projects with the sales staff, serving as a liaison between customers and production, and entering orders and following them from placement to delivery. Jennie holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University and has 18 years of experience in the printing industry, most recently with Crowson Stone Printing Company in Columbia, SC.

In October, Aaron Giard in the Prepress department outlined improvements to the workflow of variable mailing jobs to increase throughput and decrease total turnaround time and logistical errors.

In November, Tameka Roberts in the Fulfillment department recommended a method to consolidate data for all active jobs in order to improve tracking and to minimize email exchanges.

In December, Adam Phillips in the Mailing department implemented a system to better process outgoing mail and ward off waste, damage, and duplicate postage. Lant Holiday in the Bindery department suggested an improved equipment layout and recommended ways to make binding set-up and operations more efficient. Brian Talley in the Bindery department advised reconfiguring machinery to improve workflow. Tracee Clem and Kelly Sigmon in the Marketing division collaborated on a process and created forms to acquire data for press releases.
