Jordan Finn
President
Originally from Miami, Florida, I relocated to Greenville in 1993 with my family to pursue a new opportunity in the printing industry—one that would ultimately shape the rest of my career. With a background as a CPA and early experience at a Big 8 accounting firm (now Big 4), I had the opportunity to serve as CFO for an entrepreneur which included several ventures, including a majority interest in a public company, a real estate syndication firm, and a pharmaceutical business.
In 1994, I founded Indexx, and over the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching it grow from a small team of just 4–5 people to a thriving company of approximately 70 employees. Our long-standing team is the heartbeat of our success—many of whom have been with us for more than two decades. Their commitment and craftsmanship are behind the hundreds of awards we've earned over the years.
I’m deeply passionate about the printing industry and stay actively involved through regular participation in print shows and seminars every year. As Treasurer of PICA (Printing Industry of the Carolinas), I remain engaged with emerging trends and best practices, always looking for ways to serve our customers better. I find great satisfaction in working directly with clients to build strong, solutions-driven relationships that stand the test of time.
Outside of work, music is my happy place—whether I’m listening or playing, it’s my way to recharge and stay inspired.

Michael Lawing
VP of Business Development
With over 40 years of experience in the printing and marketing industry, my career has taken me through nearly every corner of the business—from journeyman press operator and finishing specialist to Director of Operations and even owner of my own commercial printing company.
My journey began in high school, working evenings at a packaging printer, and continued with studies in psychology and a minor in Graphic Design at RIT in New York. After a stint in professional baseball with the New York Yankees’ Triple-A affiliate, the Columbus Clippers, I found my true passion in printing and marketing.
Today, as VP of New Business Growth, I have the privilege of collaborating with an incredible team and building relationships with a wide range of clients. What drives me every day is the opportunity to listen, learn, and continue growing. This industry—and the people in it—teach me something new all the time, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

Sherry Jenkins
Account Executive
Originally from Illinois, I made a life-changing move to South Carolina in 1991 to join the Creative Services Department of a restaurant group. There, I focused on video production, photography, and graphic design—creative pursuits that laid the foundation for what would become a deeply rewarding career in the print industry.
My journey into printing began during this time, as I worked closely with vendors and absorbed the inner workings of the trade. When our department closed in 1998, a trusted vendor at Indexx saw potential in me and encouraged me to consider a role in sales. I took a leap of faith—and 27 years later, I’m proud to still be part of the Indexx family, continually growing and learning.
What drives me most is collaboration. I love partnering with clients to bring complex, multi-piece projects to life—booklets, forms, cards, mailings, training manuals, and more. Recently, I’ve found a new passion in wide format printing. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing your work displayed on walls, windows, or in the great outdoors. I’m currently expanding my skills in this area and am excited to learn alongside my talented teammates.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to my clients. I advocate fiercely for their needs and do whatever it takes to deliver exceptional results. Building lasting relationships is the most fulfilling part of my job—and I take pride in being someone they can always rely on.

Account Executive
I’ve been part of the Indexx team for 27 years, and it’s been an incredible journey. Beginning in Customer Service which included assisting our owner with projects, I learned the importance of being a self-starter to educate myself on various aspects of the printing industry. From there, I moved into Scheduling, then Production, and eventually became Production Manager, each position giving me a deeper understanding of how our business works. My transition to sales which I have enjoyed for the past 13 years came from my desire to work directly with the customers instead of being behind the scenes. I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find solutions. What keeps me motivated every day is the people—both the team I work with and the clients we serve.
