In addition to printing large-scale projects, Indexx also offers installation services. Let us handle the printing and installation for you. With more than 300 installations of every type completed all across the country you can trust our award winning Wide Format print department and Certified Installation team to exceed your expectations at every turn.

Our Process

Site Visit

During this visit our installer will take measurements, discuss installation locations, expectations, and contacts, determine proper materials and tools needed for the installation, and take photos for reference and mock-ups.

Design & Proofing

Using the photos from the site visit and provided artwork – or the art we create for you – we will create a mock-up to show you how the final product will look once installed (to learn more about our proofing process, click here).

Once we’ve sent you the mock-up and made any necessary changes, we will work with you to determine the best day and time for your installation. After the details have been finalized your project will move into production.

Printing & Preparation

Using the mock-ups we have created and the materials that were determined during the site visit we will produce the pieces that will be installed, verifying that size, color, and layouts are correct.

Before leaving our facility the installation team will verify that they have all equipment, tools, and other resources ready to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.

Installation

After production it’s time for the installation! Our highly trained installation team will deliver the final product and install it per your specifications. Before leaving our team will review the final install with you to ensure we've achieved your vision.

Our Proofing Process

Any projects that have multiple pieces or special installation instructions will be proofed out with mock-ups or photo renderings of what the final project will look like. When at all possible we use photos taken during site visits, otherwise we create a scaled version of the space with artwork placed proportionally. Proofs of this nature help to ensure that our customers, Project Managers, Designers, and Installation teams are all on the same page to complete a project as efficiently as possible.
