Indexx Honored with Top Awards at the 59th Annual PICA Competition

We’re thrilled to share that Indexx, Inc. of Greenville, South Carolina was named a top winner in the 59th Annual Printing Industry of the Carolinas (PICA) Awards!

The announcement was made during the PICA Awards Banquet held in Charlotte, North Carolina. Now in its 59th season, the PICA Awards remains one of the most prestigious and competitive printing contests in the nation—celebrating craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence in print.

This year’s competition drew an impressive 505 entries from 28 printing companies, along with 165 submissions from eight graphic arts high schools and four college graphic arts programs across North and South Carolina.

🏆 6 Awards of Excellence

🎨 The Wikoff Color Best Process Color Award

Only one “Best of Category” award is given per category, making each win a standout achievement. Special Judges Awards and Awards of Excellence are also rare, awarded to no more than one-third of entries in each category.

These honors represent more than just beautiful print—they reflect the dedication, detail, and craftsmanship of the entire Indexx team. Each submitted piece was judged by a panel of seasoned, out-of-state experts with deep experience in print production.

Judging criteria included:✔️Registration and crossovers ✔️Clarity, neatness, and visual sharpness ✔️Halftone and line drawing quality ✔️Color richness and tonal range ✔️Paper and ink choices, coverage, and printing difficulty ✔️Finishing, bindery, and overall impact
